Businesses may register on the platform to create and manage their profile, publish menus and service listings, generate QR codes, and access business analytics through the Gegmio CRM dashboard.
Gegmio does not own, operate, or control the businesses listed on the platform and is not responsible for the services they provide.

Gegmio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we become aware that a user is under 18, their account will be terminated.
Businesses may create and manage profiles on Gegmio. Business owners are responsible for:
Gegmio does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of business information displayed on the platform.
Businesses may generate QR codes through the Gegmio platform. These QR codes are intended solely for use within the Gegmio ecosystem to provide users with access to digital menus and to enable verified review submission.
Businesses may not use Gegmio-generated QR codes for purposes outside the platform or in a manner that misleads users.
Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy of menu items, service descriptions, and prices published on their profile. Gegmio is not liable for discrepancies between prices displayed on the platform and those charged at the business.
Businesses retain ownership of the content they upload, including photos, menus, and descriptions. By uploading content to the platform, businesses grant Gegmio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.
Users may submit reviews and ratings only after scanning a business QR code, which serves as verification of a physical visit.
Users are solely responsible for the content they publish on the platform.
Gegmio reserves the right to moderate, edit, remove, or restrict any content that violates these Terms or community standards including abusive language, spam, false information, or inappropriate material.
Users retain ownership of the reviews and content they submit. By submitting content, you grant Gegmio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content within the Service.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
The Gegmio platform including its design, branding, features, and technology is owned by Gegmio LLC and protected under applicable law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission from Gegmio.
Gegmio aims to keep the Service available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
The Service integrates third-party technologies including mapping services such as Google Maps for location functionality.
Gegmio is not responsible for the operation or availability of third-party services.
Gegmio is a discovery platform and does not provide the services offered by businesses listed on the platform.
Gegmio is not liable for disputes between users and businesses, inaccurate pricing, service quality, or any loss resulting from the use of the Service.
Users may appeal suspensions by contacting info@gegmio.com.
Gegmio may modify or expand the Service in the future, including new features such as booking systems, payment tools, subscriptions, loyalty programmes, and additional platform capabilities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
